• Holdem Poker – Cyberspace Type Card Sites In Traditional Casinos – Like Betting onTexas Holdem on the Web

Have you viewed the new PokerPro hold’em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about a couple of weeks ago when I took a short holiday with my wife to the WinStar Betting house in Oklahoma.

As I anxiously waited for my name to be summoned at the live tables, I watched how the other persons around the PokerPro tables interacted with each other. It was pretty fascinating to say the least. Since the poker table was controlled by a computer, there had been no clay poker chips to do any chip hints, no cards to shuffle and the real live encounter was stale. Perhaps I was the only one that discovered this, except I did observe the players in the table had a lifeless high quality to them. The reason for this might be because there was no human conversation with the dealer, the atmosphere was relatively boring and the gamblers looked bored stiff. It was nearly as if I was seeing a live variant of a web-based hold em poker room rather than being seated with warm bodied humans. It was a little bit bizarre and I kept flashing back to a show of ST:TNG and the holodeck malfunctioned.

Since the waiting time for the are living tables was over an hour, I made the decision to see how the casino game play was and to understanding this new holdem poker gaming technology. Following wagering a couple of hands, I genuinely felt like I was playing at residence. The lack of activity in the table was the primary reason. I like to stack and shuffle my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those things are possible at these computer tables.

One more thing I noticed was how the computer dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I wagered a lot of hands at the PokerPro table and noticed that the play was a whole lot like a web based texas holdem poker website. That could have been just a coincidence, except I discovered it to become extremely odd.

After betting a couple of rounds with this "unique hold’em poker technology", I determined that the PokerPro tables have been not for me. I’m much better off wagering texas hold’em poker on the net at residence and not travel the distance. If WinStar Gambling house have been to have rid of the live poker tables, I think they would loose a whole lot of gamblers.
